Intelligence spies are crucial for keeping tabs on your enemies. If you dispatch a spy on an intelligence mission, then it will send you reports of what the target country is doing. Now, that's pretty simple stuff, isn't it? But what does the spy do if I send him on, say, an Intelligence mission? If you wish to recall a spy, click the minus sign. To send him on a mission, click on one of the plus signs next to one of the three icons(Intelligence, Economic Sabotage, Military Sabotage).
